After an early breakfast, you’ll depart for the port of Hell-Ville, the capital of Nosy Be. From there, you’ll cross by boat to Ankify on mainland Madagascar. A comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle will be waiting with your licensed guide. On the way to Joffreville, you’ll pass through Ambanja and explore vast plantations of cocoa, vanilla, pepper, and aromatic plants. Continuing along National Road 6, you’ll stop in Ambilobe to visit the local market and enjoy lunch in town.

At 8:00 AM, your team will pick you up for a visit to Amber Mountain National Park, Madagascar’s first national park established in 1958. This lush rainforest receives up to 4,000 mm of rainfall annually and is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna. You’ll discover tropical vegetation including cannarium trees, vines, ferns, and parasitic plants. The park features well-maintained trails, crater lakes, waterfalls, and panoramic viewpoints. Wildlife highlights include seven species of lemurs, such as the crowned lemur, Sanford’s lemur, bamboo lemur, and the tiny Microcebus. After lunch in Joffreville, you’ll continue to Diego Suarez for a city tour, exploring its colonial architecture and historical charm.

Your guide will pick you up at 8:30 AM for a scenic excursion to the Three Bays: Sakalava Bay, Dune Bay, and Pigeon Bay. Sakalava Bay is popular for windsurfing and kite surfing, and during low tide, a nearby island becomes accessible by foot. You’ll enjoy a coastal walk along the bays, passing remnants of a former French military base. Lunch will be served in Ramena, a traditional fishing village, followed by swimming and dinner at a local restaurant.

At 7:00 AM, you’ll depart for the Red Tsingy, a surreal landscape sculpted by erosion into vibrant red formations. These geological wonders differ from the sharp limestone Tsingy of Ankarana, offering a striking contrast and excellent photo opportunities. After lunch in Mahamasina, you’ll have time to rest in preparation for the next day’s hike. Dinner and overnight stay in the area.

Your guide will pick you up at 8:00 AM for a full-day exploration of Ankarana National Park. The park features ten hiking circuits, including the sacred bat cave, the “lost river,” and the famous Tsingy formations—razor-sharp limestone pinnacles shaped by erosion. You’ll also cross a suspension bridge and observe endemic wildlife and plants. Lunch, dinner, and overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast, you’ll drive to Ankify and board a boat for a 30-minute crossing back to Nosy Be. Upon arrival at the port, your driver will transfer you to your hotel for the conclusion of your tour.
